Most of us will experience an episode of neck pain in our lifetime. Some of the time it will resolve itself, other times repeated episodes can interfere with your daily life. Many people find other symptoms, such as arm pain or headaches accompany their neck pain.
There are many different types of neck pain, with different causes. Your own medical history, the exact location of the pain and how it started are all considered in what may be causing this pain. Poor posture or tension in the neck or shoulders can be the cause. Often students complain of neck aches and pains after a long day studying. Poor sleeping patterns or prolonged sedentary work with poor posture can cause tension to build in the neck.
Neck pain can be felt in one or both sides of the neck. Maybe you have noticed you can not turn your head to one side fully. Pain can also spread to the base of the skull and into the shoulders.
Treasa treated me for a while and I have to say that this is the best experience I never had to take care of my neck and back. Also she was focus in my balance inside and outside my body […] In fact I was trekking the Annapurna after that and my body responded without pain.
Thank you very much!!! Amazing professional and human being.
